A booking is confirmed once a 70% non-refundable deposit has been received. Dates are held on a first-paid basis.
The remaining balance is due within 3 days of content delivery, before final files are released.
Cancelling 15+ days before your event date forfeits the deposit only. Cancelling with less than 10 days' notice means 50% of the total package fee becomes payable. Cancelling within 5 days of your event forfeits the entire deposit (70% of the total fee). One free reschedule is available with 7+ days' notice.
Standard delivery is 2–10 business days, depending on package. Rush delivery is available at an additional cost.
All shoots are captured on iPhone and delivered social-ready, unless another device is agreed in writing.
Delivered content is licensed for organic social media and website use. Paid advertising or broadcast use requires a separate licensing fee, agreed in writing.
Raw footage and photos from your shoot are deleted 7 days after final delivery of your edited content.
This is a summary. A full agreement is shared and signed at the time of booking.

Solely to respond to your inquiry, plan your shoot, and manage your booking. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Delivered content may be used in Mokara's portfolio, website, and social media unless you request confidentiality in writing at the time of booking.
Information is kept only as long as needed to manage your booking and for basic business records.
You can request that your information be corrected or deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].
This website and its content, including photos, videos, text, and branding, belong to Mokara Studio unless otherwise credited.
